Roy Keane Pays Tribute To Arsenal Nemesis Patrick Vieira
It has been reported that Manchester United legend Roy Keane had paid tribute to Arsenal nemesis Patrick Vieira. The Daily Mail claims that Keane has written a glowing tribute to his former Arsenal rival. The Football Writers' Association celebrate Vieira's career at London's Savoy on Saturday and Manchester United great Keane, 44, praising his midfield nemesis in print makes the occasion even more special. Keane agreed immediately when asked to provide a testimonial for Vieira, with whom he had numerous clashes including a near fight in the Highbury tunnel before United beat Arsenal 4-2 in 2005.
