Mesut Ozil has claimed that Arsenal can win the Premier League this season. The Gunners flashed their title credentials prior to the international break with a morale-boosting 3-0 win over Manchester United, with Ozil and a brace from Alexis Sanchez doing the damage in a rip-roaring first 20 minutes.
