Arsenal star sends message to stricken forward Danny Welbeck
Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter in order to send some words of encouragement to Danny Welbeck who has recently undergone surgery in order to treat his ongoing knee injury. Welbeck, who has been nursing the problem since April, will now be out for a ‘period of months' according to the club which is a huge blow for the 24-year-old (via Arsenal.com). With a major international tournament coming up once the season ends, Welbeck may well be in a race against time in order to prove his fitness ahead of France 2016.
