Rangers pursue Arsenal's Zelalem
Arsenal midfielder Gedion Zelalem is in Glasgow as he considers an offer to join Rangers on loan. The 18-year-old, who has dual American and Germany nationality, is expected to hold talks later this week. Zelalem made a substitute appearance in the Champions League last season, having made his Gunners debut in the FA Cup in January 2014. He played for the USA at this year's Under-20 World Cup, having previously represented Germany at youth level. Zelalem, who featured in Arsenal's pre-season games, would be the third player to join Rangers on loan from the English Premier League, after Nathan Oduwa and Dominic Ball arrived from Tottenham.
