Wenger Insists Arsenal Won't Sell Star Players Anymore
It has been reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists they're not under pressure to sell any of their major players. Reports have linked Manchester City with a summer move for England midfielder Jack Wilshere as they look to rebuild an ageing squad. 'We are not in a position any more where we have to sell our best players,' said Wenger. 'We cannot make a case of any headline in any newspaper in a press conference from things that are not true.'
