Arsenal are ready to hijack local rivals Spurs’ summer move for Cologne defender Kevin Wimmer, according to reports from the Daily Star. The Austrian centre-back has emerged as a target for the Lilywhites in 2015, and it’s believed that the White Hart Lane side are on the verge of snapping him up ahead of the looming transfer window.
