Arsenal Closing In On Velez Sarsfield Young Gun Maxi Romero
It has been reported that Arsenal are believed to be close to signing Argentine young gun Maxi Romero. dalefortin.com.ar reports that the Gunners are set to make the £2million signing of the 16-year old Velez Sarsfield ace within the next few days. Romero’s agent Rolando Zarate reportedly told local media that Arsenal officials will arrive in Argentina early next week to complete the signing which will see the young gun remain on loan with Velez for the next two seasons.
