Manchester United transfer rumours: Interest expressed in Sami Khedira and Dybala
Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is supposedly interested in signing Sami Khedira from Real Madrid this summer. The German’s contract will be over at the end of this season and he would be free to move to any club of his choice. Van Gaal’s main objective during the upcoming transfer season will be to bolster his midfield, and the signing of a strong world-class box-to-box midfielder would be ideal. Although Kevin Strootman has been the main target to fill this position, an offer seems unlikely because of his long-term knee injury.
