Wenger Backs Arsenal Forward: ‘He Is Not My Plan B’
Arsene Wenger has denied Oliver Giroud is his ‘Plan B’ option with Alexis Sanchez currently leading the line up front in place of the France international. Sanchez has starred in a forward role this season and is the club’s joint top scorer, alongside Theo Walcott, with eight goals already. However, Giroud has returned from injury with a bang scoring three goals in his last two games for the Gunners as he bids to win his place back in the starting XI.
