Arsene Wenger Insists Olivier Giroud Needs To Exact Revenge At Monaco
It has been reported that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has implored Olivier Giroud to redeem himself on Tuesday night. The French international striker had a shocker in the Champions League Round of 16 first leg as the Gunners capitulated 3-1 to Monaco at the Emirates Stadium and ahead of the all-important return bout, his boss has urged him to bounce back with a huge performance on his native soil. 'Giroud actually owes the revenge to him. He owes a great performance for himself,' Wenger said. 'He missed a few opportunities in the first leg, but what striker doesn't miss an opportunity?
