A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of aiming a 'racist' tweet at Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck. The 15-year-old is alleged to have made the post after Welbeck scored the winning goal against former club Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals on March 9.
