Arsene making transfer excuses already….
Well it's only early July and after the early signing of Granit Xhaka things have gone a little quiet on the buying side. I think we had all hoped for some pro-active business from the Club and had hoped for two or three quality faces to have been identified and brought in already but it's not happened. I am not saying it won't happen but our transfer history over the last five or so seasons leaves all Arsenal fans wondering how the transfer window will turn out as another false dawn of 'if only' or is this the window we finally buy the players necessary to push us on to be competitive on all fronts for the whole season.
