Arsenal 3-0 West Ham United – REPORT
Arsenal beat West Ham 3-0 at the Emirates after Olivier Giroud broke the deadlock just before the end of the first half. Adrian had kept Arsenal at bay with a succession of fine stops against the home side, with Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil all going close. Kevin Nolan brought a smart save from David Ospina with a volley from the edge of the box. As the first half drew to a close, Giroud finished off a quick passing move from him, Walcott and Ramsey before drilling into the far corner.
