Xhaka reveals Arsenal move first started last summer
Follow the author on Twitter: @Attlee Granit Xhaka has only recently completed his switch to Arsenal, but the 23-year-old has revealed that contact was first made last summer regarding a potential move, as reported by Swiss outlet Blick. Arsene Wenger has clearly been chasing the Swiss international for quite some time, personally contacting him a year ago. He's had to wait quite a while to get the deal over the line though, with Xhaka only ready to make the move now. 'He [Wenger] is a legend for me. Today, he is allowed to train me.
