Gladbach's Granit Xhaka: I can imagine playing for Arsenal
N FC's Gab Marcotti weighs in on Arsenal target Granit Xhaka. Granit Xhaka has remained coy over whether Arsenal are the club that is negotiating to sign him but indicated he would be happy to move to the Emirates Stadium. Sources told N FC last month that Arsenal were confident of signing Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Xhaka, 23, and reports in England and Germany last week said a deal was close. On Tuesday, Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl confirmed the club had received an offer for the Switzerland international but said there is no agreement in place and also declined to name the bidding club. Granit Xhaka is currently in his native Switzerland with Gladbach....
