REVEALED: Real Madrid Have Buy-Back Option For Mesut Ozil
It has been reported that Real Madrid hold a buy-back option for Arsenal star Mesut Ozil. Ozil's transfer contract has been published by Football Leaks. Real have a buy-back option from Arsenal for Ozil on a deal that is worth 50 million. The clause gives Madrid a 48-hour first option should Arsenal agree a sale with another Spanish club. The option does not apply if Arsenal were to sell Ozil to a club outside of Spain and would require Madrid to at least match the fee that had been agreed elsewhere. Also, should Ozil be sold to another Spanish club for more than 50 million, Real would be due 33 per cent of any profit made in addition to the original fee.
