Crystal Palace's James McArthur ignoring Arsenal link
Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur has insisted that he is paying no attention to speculation that has linked him with a switch to Arsenal. A recent report had suggested that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had identified the Scot as the ideal replacement to provide cover for the injured Francis Coquelin. When asked for his taken on the rumour, Palace manager Alan Pardew told reporters: "James McArthur has been outstanding since I've come to Palace. I always admired him at Wigan Athletic, and it's not a surprise to me he's been linked to a top club." However, 28-year-old McArthur revealed to the Croydon Advertiser that he was "not going to listen" to stories....
