Mertesacker Confident Arsenal Can Overcome Injury Crisis
It has been revealed that Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker insists they can overcome their injury crisis. Mertesacker is confident they will win Wednesday night's Champions League shoot-out with Olympiakos in Greece. 'In recent years, we've always had some kind of injury crisis, especially at this time,' said Mertesacker. 'I remember we had seven or eight injured players who would probably be in the line-up. 'But it's about the mentality of the group to be able to come back from this crisis. 'We keep doing our job and everyone has tried to do it really seriously. 'The win over Dinamo was good. Now we have to finish the job.'
