Arsene Wenger has talked up the potential mental significance of Arsenal ending their winless Premier League run against Sunderland. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger felt Saturday's 3-1 victory over Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium represented a "very, very important win" after a difficult few weeks for the club. Wenger's men ended a run of three Premier League games without victory despite a below-par display against Sam Allardyce's side in North London.
