Wenger Praises Pep Guardiola Ahead Of Arsenal, Bayer Clash
It has been reported that Arsene Wenger has praised Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola ahead of Arsenal's trip to Germany to face the Spaniard's team. The Frenchman claimed a victory over Guardiola two weeks ago in their Champions League group match and travels to the Allianz Arena looking to leave with another positive result. Bayern have been imperious in the Bundesliga and Wenger was quick to praise Guardiola for his role in Bayern's successes. Wenger said: 'What I admire is that his team are very positive, very attacking. He has a positive mentality and a positive attitude towards football.' 'That is why he adapted very well to Bayern – a great coach.'
