Arsenal injury concerns due to pitch quality of England's opposition
We are often the victims of misfortune during the international break, with injuries no longer just feared, but expected. We've been lucky so far this time around, but there's one more game that looks capable of seriously injuring a couple of Arsenal stars. England face Lithuania this Monday evening, and will be competing in Vilnius in the LFF Stadium.
