Giroud Struggling For Confidence – France Coach Deschamps
It has been reported that France coach Didier Deschamps admits Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is struggling for confidence. Deschamps included Giroud in his squad this week, despite his lack of minutes for the Gunners. The Les Bleus coach says: 'It's hard. This is a difficult time for him. His playing time is less important, his confidence has declined and he joins us where we hope he can be more effective. 'He's part of the campaign … The fact that he's here is to tell him that I trust him. 'He did not lose his qualities overnight.'
