Arsenal ‘super-fan’ demands move for Liverpool managerial target
Outspoken Arsenal fan Piers Morgan has called for the club to axe Arsene Wenger and bring in Jurgen Klopp following the Gunners’ humbling Champions League defeat at the hands of Olympiacos. The Londoners slipped to a shock 3-2 home reverse to the Greek side, leaving them without a point from their first two group games – they also lost to Dinamo Zagreb. The result was the latest in a dismal continental run for the club – they were knocked out at the last-16 stage in 2014/15 by Monaco – which has raised major question marks surrounding Wenger’s ability to set up his team to take on foreign opposition.
