Report: Arsenal approach for Simone Zaza rejected by Juventus
Arsenal had a late deadline day approach for Juventus forward Simone Zaza knocked back by the Italian champions, according to a report. The 23-year-old only joined Juve from Sassuolo in July but had been linked with a move away from Turin, with West Ham reported to have been interested in signing the Italian international. According to Sky Italia, Arsenal made contact with the striker's agent yesterday and contacted the Serie A club on deadline day, but their advances were rebuffed.
