Arsene Wenger has yet to make a splash in the transfer window. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insisted that he does have the funds to strengthen his side before the transfer window closes, but that he is happy with the overall makeup of his squad. Wenger has only spent £11 million on goalkeeper Petr Cech from Chelsea, despite reports suggesting that the club are closing on a move for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
