Palermo Pushing To Sign Arsenal Striker Joel Campbell
It has been reported that Palermo are refusing to admit defeat in the chase for Arsenal outcast Joel Campbell. The Costa Rica international has failed to establish himself as first team player for the Gunners and has been linked with a move away from the Emirates all summer. Palermo were considered favourites for his signature, but after failing to meet Arsenal's £7.1million asking price, the deal looked dead. Now Campbell's agent Joaquim Batica has told Costa Rican publication La Nacion that a move away from North London could still be possible.
