Arsenal target Alessio Romagnoli's proposed move to AC Milan has hit a snag. The Roma defender had been the subject of a £20m bid to join the San Siro side, with new boss Sinisa Mihajlovic keen to rekindle his relationship with the 20-year-old who he worked with on loan at Sampdoria last season.
