Arsenal Face Stiff Competition For Schalke Midfielder Julian Draxler
It has been reported that the race for Schalke star Julian Draxler has kicked off. Draxler has been made available by Schalke this summer as they seek to cash in on the youngster to fund their own transfer plans. Juventus chief Fabio Paratici is set to fly to Germany to meet with Draxler and his camp about personal terms, says Sky Deutschland. Draxler is demanding 5 million-a-year to leave Schalke this summer. The midfielder is also a target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and has been linked with Tottenham and Liverpool.
