Arsenal transfer target told he can LEAVE Ligue 1 club
Arsenal target Joao Moutinho has been told he can leave AS Monaco this summer, reports the Metro. The principality-based side are looking to cut their wage budget, and the 28-year-old's £110,000-a-week contract is currently weighing them down. As such they are looking to get rid of the man who cost them £18 million when they bought him from Porto back in 2013.
