Arsene Wenger has confirmed what most of us already knew and feared, that Alexis Sanchez will miss the start of the 2015/16 season, as reported by N. The Chilean star is set for an extended holiday following his involvement – and success – in the Copa America back in his home nation, which the report suggests will see him miss our opening fixture of the season.
