Transfer boost as Arsenal and Man United target rejects Ligue-1 offer
Borussia Dortmund star Ilkay Gundogan has rejected a move to Paris Saint-Germain, boosting Arsenal and Manchester United’s chances of signing the midfielder, according to reports from talkSPORT. Gundogan has been heavily linked with a move away from the Westfalenstadion with his contract set to expire next summer.
