Chelsea plan £30m offer to sign 29-goal Man United target
Chelsea are set to make a £30million offer to sign Napoli star Gonzalo Higuain, according to reports from the Mirror. Higuain has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stadio San Paolo in recent weeks, with the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, and Liverpool also keeping tabs on the attacker.
