Nigel Winterburn wants Arsene Wenger to spend
Former Arsenal defender Nigel Winterburn has stated that Arsene Wenger must invest in his squad this summer if he wants to win the Premier League title next season. The Gunners, who have not lifted the league title for 11 years, have won back-to-back FA Cups in the past two seasons. However, Winterburn believes that his former club are not at the level of their title rivals yet and this must be addressed by Wenger.
