Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has been named as the best newcomer in the Premier League this season by former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher in the Sky Sports Monday Night Football end of season awards, as the table at the bottom of this piece shows. In the last MNF of the season, Carragher and Gary Neville were asked to state their choices in a number of categories and the Liverpool icon named Alexis as his star introduction to the Premier League.
