Arsenal eye Leicester City star to reinforce backline
Arsenal are considering a move to sign Leicester City star Kasper Schmeichel to reinforce their defence for the upcoming campaign, according to reports from the Express. The 28-year-old has also caught the eye of Liverpool, who are currently in the market for another goalkeeper following a number of inconsistent performances from Simon Mignolet. Both clubs are also interested in signing of out-of-favour Chelsea veteran Petr Cech, but he is being tipped to leave the Premier League for first team football elsewhere.
