Arsenal eyeing £30m summer bid for highly-rated Bundesliga defender ARSENAL are considering a move for £30m-rated defender Caglar Soyuncu, according to reports. By Owen Fulda / Published 28th March 2018 Despite being just 21-years-old, Soyuncu has already managed to establish himself in Freiburg’s first XI. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger admitted after the January transfer window that he should have strengthened his side’s defence. Club captain Per Mertesacker is retiring imminently, while Laurent Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi have been below par this term.
