Alexis Sanchez 'surprised' by quality of Arsenal teammates
Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has admitted that he was surprised by the quality of his teammates upon joining the club last summer. The Chile international made a switch to the Emirates Stadium from Barcelona in a deal worth around £35m. Sanchez has enjoyed an impressive debut campaign in English football, which has seen him find the net 22 times in his 46 appearances, and he insists that he has no intention of leaving North London any time soon.
