Arsenal plot £22m bid for unsettled Serie A winger
Last year we were linked with a move for Juan Iturbe, but were beaten to the punch by Roma. The Argentine already appears to be unsettled in Italy however, and his agent believes he could make the switch to the Premier League, according to the Express. Arsenal transfer news
